Summit has the banks kit available for 6 grand, but it's high quality:

Then banks wants you to get the accel pro ram fuel injecton system for another 3 grand.
Expensive, but high quality. Worth it in my opinion.

That pricing is the general price for twins.
If you are serious about turbocharging a SBC it needs to be built accordingly or expected it to not last long with lots of boost.
