OK guys, just about through under the dash. Everything working great EXCEPT my blend door does not close all the way. It opens great when air is selected closes half way on bi and will close a little more on heater and defrost but will not close all the way. I NEED IDEAS. By the way its a 1984 w/air

Try cleaning and lubricating all the pivot points on the door and the linkage that controls it.

Adjustment was my thought.  But if you tried that already, I would think about checking the vacuum pod.  maybe it is getting weak and needs replaced.
