76 k10 manual tranny
« on: December 22, 2013, 05:26:54 pm »
Just got this truck, got the truck running and put it in gear and released the clutch and nothing happened, same as if the clutch was in. Is it the clutch, my dad said it could be a throw out bearing. I'm not really sure. Any help is appreciated

Start with the simple stuff.

Did the transfer case get bumped into neutral by accident?

When you let out on the clutch can you hear the gears in the transmission turning?

also you might have the np203 transfer case. so if you have auto hubs (one being broke) or manual and one of the hubs arnt locked you wont be going anywhere. (if the part time kits is not installed)
