alignment question

I went and had my 86 silverado aligned today and when i got it back they had set the wheels to have positive camber which sticks the top of the wheels out further than the bottom.  Is this normal or should it be the other way(negative camber-the way i was thinking)

Dropped 2" in front and 2" in rear but soon to b 4" in rear
18x10 wheels with 295/45 18 tires
