did u have any clearance problems with a 4/6...or do u think u would if lets say u had a 17-19 inch tire

Clearance issues where? The ground, tires...
I never had a problem with mine dropped 4/6" As for the rim size it depends on if the tire diameter was larger or smaller than what was currently on the truck at the time...
