rear flip on 84 c10

when i flip the rear end will anything change as far as the way the driveshaft is do i need to get a 1 piece made or keep the 2 piece..

Long whee base or short?  The whole drive line angle changes some so you need to check it.  typically on 2 piece you will be ok, but you still need to check it.
