Almost bought this truck.
« on: March 04, 2014, 08:44:14 am »
I came real close to buying this truck yesterday.  If it wasn't for the fact I have to pay taxes next month I would have bought it, it is a real clean truck, not sure if it worth all $8500.00 but just for the different factor would have been enough for me.

Told the owner if they haven't sold it by May then I would buy it.
Here is the message that went along with the ad.

69 Chevy with a Custom Extended Cab, Clean Engine, Extra Tire with Rim, Lock Gas Tank, Led tailights turbo 350 transmission ,late model , carbeurated 350 with edelbrock accessories and hei electronic ignition, And it has a brand new prestone air conditioning system. The fuel tank has been relocated from the cab to under the bed. We hate to see her go but she doesn't get enough attention. We would love to sell her to someone that loves old cars and trucks and would really take care of her. Contact us if your interested and would like to see her.

It defiantly was turned into a extended cab, no answer on who performed the conversion, but when I looked it was done right and you really could not tell where they grafted on the extra cab.

Wow that is sharp.  It would solve the cramped feeling I got when I had that body style.  I'd be all over it if my yellow one was sold.
