Hi guys/girls I'm new to the forums an just making my first post in introducing myself, I know that in forums like this you need to do this first as I have been On other similar sites/forums/clubs like this...
My name is Jeremy and I have a "mash-up" truck, my ownership says 87' k10 (cab, front end, and box) but it sits on a 73-80' c10 frame, with an unknown 65-79' 350 with edelbrock carb and intake manifold (I don't know if anything else has been done in motor) an unknown trans (haven't really gotten to drive it as I just bought it an trying to finish putting it back together.
The truck has been "slammed" previous owner lowered the front end(spindles and I think cut coils) and started an axle flip in rear that had a belltech cnotch in frame as well as spring plate an ubolts, so I finished the flip with custom axle perches that have a 2" block built in.
But what I've had to do so far was brand new wire harness front to back (engine harness, headlight, and taillight, might even have to do in cab) clean up an re-route fuel line, new plugs wires (cap n rotor next) everything brand new in the rear brake section, new shorter aluminum driveshaft(axle flip) custom mounting brackets to fit the "newer" front bumper to older frame, new proper rad fan (run off water pump) as opposed to the weird wired mess they had for an electric fan...
And what's left is new rad, custom interior, finish "shaving" and cleaning up engine bay, stereo install, and body an paint..... Might even change trans so I know what it is
