Former lurker finally joined!! Hello from CA
« on: March 24, 2014, 04:19:02 pm »
Hello everyone. Thought I would introduce myself. My name is Brandon and I live on the Central Coast of CA. Recently picked up a '77 K10 and have been having fun digging into it. She needs some work, but for the time being I just want to get it running in top order. My son is 10 years old and I thought that in a few years we could tackle a nice rebuild together. We only live a few blocks from the beach and thought for now, since it's not my daily driver, that it'd be our weekend toy out on the dunes.

Many thanks for all of you who post here. I've been lurking around this site for the last few months but never registered. Finally did today, as I'm in need of some help. Gonna post a new thread in the Engine category in regards to CA Emissions. Rrrrggghhh!

Look forward to being a member and continuing to pick up some things with the wealth of knowledge that's here in this forum. You guys kick butt.

Cheers,

Brandon

Welcome from Galt, CA. Brandon.  Here is a link to CA big red thread, a member on here that just went through smogging his truck here in Sac. county.  You might get some clues from his post or drop him a PM and see if he can help you.  click here.
