A 241 never came behind a TH350, they came out in 1989 and the TH350 was long phased out..  I pretty sure it is a NP208.  So it will work fine.

It could have been swapped.  The 241 replace the 208, so it should swap.  Can you verify that the trans is a TH350?

the th350 is a 27 spline trans, the 241 is either a 32 OR 27. the np208 is a 27 also (so is the 700r4.4l60) but you should be able to swap the adapter plates and t case and use the other drive shafts as long as the beds are the same
