New question:  Apparently my heater motor has broken off of the plastic vent housing down under the dash. Looks as if the plastic just snapped off.  It's all just hanging loose at this point.  Can I buy a repro of that housing anywhere?

     I did not have much luck pulling up just the housing on a few different part sites, it looks like you might have to get one out of a donor or go to a OEM.
