Has any one adapted 10 bolt tie rods to a Dana 44 ? 75 chevy k 20

That is a good question, I thought they were the same. Will have to wait till someone who knows for sure chimes in.

I was just thinking maby this will work as long as the tie rod ends will fit the Dana knuckles the long ds tie rod is expensive and i can get the tube that the 10 bolt tie rods screw into and two new tie rods cheaper
