This is a 81 C10 2wd.  Don't know if it's of any use to you, but I'll throw it out there.

Look in the 1977 Repair Manual beginning on page 6E-3 (Pg 647).

     You need to read through the bottom of the diagrams, there are plenty to choose from, CA. is grouped with high altitude of course, then there is a C-10 version, then a C/K version with/without AC, so on, so on.  Oh how they really thought they were smart and tried to confuse everybody.

Okay! So, if I'm reading these right, diagram 6E-9 (Page 651) looks the closest to what I have. No EGR, no vac canister, with A/C.
