Based on the advertised bolt pattern I would say yes

Zieg, that link you gave, if you use "compatibility"  feature on the bottom for a 75 K20, it say's it does not fit.  Though I am not sure how well I trust those things.

"Compatibility

This part is not compatible with 1975 Chevrolet K20."

But if your bolt pattern is 8x6.5 then it should fit like zieg said.

you can use up to 2010, in 2011 they changed to 8x80mm on single axle and 8x210mm on dually. this was so they can up the GVW, FAWR, and towing capacity

Never concern myself with the small stuff.  17" never came in a K20 in 75 and Walmart wouldn't sell you tires because the book says 7.50x16 or 8.75x16.5...  The bolt pattern is what is important

I buy tires from ntwonline.com don't need to worry about Walmart.  Dukes tires in south side  they will install any size that will fit! Good old local tire shop

Agreed. Check centerbore and backspace.
