RPO glove box sheet

So my neighbor just bought a 79 C10 and I was looking at the RPO sheet and it showed the Z84 Cheyenne Package, it also showed to have the Z84 High Sierra Package.  Is this a factory mix up? 

Why would it have a Chevrolet Package and GMC Package?

      Probably a typo, is it a GMC or Chevy ?

Are they listed separately? Like one under another or are they together as code?

I remember reading in the RPO book my coworker has and it had a code for both as one. I think it read like so "Z84 Cheyenne Package/ High Sierra Package"

Maybe back then they listed then as one and depending on the factory they either got mom's name or dad's name??

nope, not together.  one is in one column and one is in the other column.  I'll take a pic.

sorry, I didn't realize I cut the RPOs off on the right side.  but the High Sierra Equipment is a Z84 code.
