Lowered truck a little more
« on: June 13, 2014, 06:21:53 pm »
I lowered the rear of my truck a little more, just over a inch. The P.O. lowered the truck by heating the front coils in front and in the rear he raised the original hanger and added lowering shackles. Recently I replaced the front ball joints, control arm bushings and replaced spindle and old coil spring for a 2 1/2" lowering spindle plus new stock springs with 1/2 a coil cut. I left the rear as is until now. I wanted the rear down a little so it did not have as much rake. Today I replaced the raised original hanger for a lowered hanger. I think I finally have it where I want it, maybe

It looks better, I am still not a fan of the rake, but your truck so glad you like it.
