Did GM offer any fuel tank size other than 16 and 20 gallon for the 73-87 pickup trucks?

The blazers and burbs came with a 31 gal center mounted tank, but AFAIK all the trucks were 16 or 20

Nope could have dual 16's or 20's... nothing else. Generally 16's were for shortbeds, and 20's for longbeds.

Actually you could get a 25 or a 31 gallon tank in Blazers and Suburban and for Suburban only you could get a 40 gallon.
