Steering Wheel Bolt Pattern

Hey everybody! So i bought an aftermarket steering wheel however the one I bought it says it is a Momo/Sparco 6 bolt pattern. Does anybody know what the bolt pattern is for a Chevy. I currently have a 1991 steering wheel in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

     You said you have a 91 steering wheel in it, what year is the column that is in it ?  Is is a standard column or tilt ?
     I do not think our trucks are 6 bolts, unless I am misunderstanding what you mean.

The stock steering wheel attaches directly to the end of the steering column shaft.  It uses a single tapered hole in the center of the steering wheel hub for a pressed, interference fit onto the splined steering shaft and is retained to the shaft by a single threaded nut.  Aftermarket steering wheels typically attach to the steering shaft through an adapter.  The adapter attaches to the steering shaft similarly to the stock steering wheel.  The six-hole bolt pattern refers to the attachment pattern of the steering wheel to the adapter.

It has a column from a 91 and its tilt. The online purchase I made just says 6 bolt. So i dont know. But that is what I meant. Thank you!

So does that mean I need to buy an adapter?

I anticipate you will need an adapter if it isn't packaged with the new steering wheel.  Information on adapters maybe included with your order.
