roof visor

Still in the hunt for a decent truck, alot ive found have the aftermarket full windshield visor, question is....how are they attached? and can they be removed without leaving some kinda screw holes or whatever?? not a big fan of them and would remove it yet if it left open holes would by-pass the truck from the get-go

I hate those stupid visors.....
I would say 90% are just screws into the roof with silicone to seal them.  Always ends up being badly rusted underneath.  I cringe every time one comes into our shop.  We don't even warranty your windshield most times if you have one.

Hey you guys! I have a visor too! It looks great! No leaks or rust and I've had it for 3 years now.
