Steering Column Swap

Will a 1984 steering column with tilt and cruise work in a 1983 steering column without tilt and and without cruise, don't need cruise. I have a 1983 with dimmers on floor

Yes it will.  Easy to swap over the dimmer to the turn signal stalk to.  Wiper switch also...
