Are pulleys, brackets etc. interchangeable between pre-86 engines and 86 and later vortec/gen2 blocks? This includes v-6?

I have vortex heads on my 69 camaro.
The original small block brackets bolted right up.
1996 was the first year for the vortex heads on a small block.
