73 C10 in Texas
« on: October 28, 2014, 09:09:50 pm »
Hi all. After selling an 85 lil red truck that still haunts me I just bought a 73 350/350 4bbl with a wooden bed. Right now the only thing it needs besides a new tire is to be driven and worshiped. When I had my 85 I worked on it myself with a Chilton and a Haynes, but it was before youtube and forums like this and I eventually got tired of banging my knuckles on cast iron with no idea how to fix it. What I wouldn't give to have just taken a couple years off instead of selling it. So I'm really jazzed to find a new treasure and look forward to talking with fellow chevy truckphiles

thanx. it used to be white and someone painted it smurf blue. It's cracked and faded in places giving it a really nice patina; personality. been looking around the forum, most of the pics are blocked by the firewall at work so will check them out here at home
