I have a single cab c20 and I can't figure how to fold the seats, if you can?

If yours does not someone put a front seat in it from a crew cab or Suburban

Why from a crew cab or Suburban, and not a standard cab?

Standard cab original seats fold forward to access behind the seat.  Suburban and crew cab front seats do not fold forward and will fit perfectly in place.  I was just merely offering up a possible reason why.

You can change the hinges from the non folding to folding. The holes for the folding hinges are there you might have to poke through the fabric though. I've done it twice with no problems.

Ditto on what Pholliday stated.  I had pictures of this somewhere but can't find them.

Can you describe how to do that? I've a non-folding seat in my pickup, and it's really a pain to keep things behind the seat.

Technically you can make your existing one tilt by removing the cover on the side and removing the top rear bolt, but nothing will support it so it will have to settle against the back of the cab, or you could make a stop for it somehow.  Otherwise you would need the rear top cushion/back off a folding seat with the brackets and put them on the non folding one.

Found where this was discussed before too..  http://forum.73-87chevytrucks.com/smforum/index.php?topic=14179.0
