How big of tires??

I have a 3/4 ton single cab long bed.  350/sm465/208.  I'm swapping a dually 4.56 Dana 60 and 14 bolt with a Detroit in the 14.  I bought a hydraulic dumpbed to put on it.  I'm going to use it to haul firewood and maybe a little gravel.  I'm going to be buying new tires soon.  Looking at some load range E's.  Prob be buckshots.  What's the biggest tire I can fit under the truck stock height.  I don't think I will have any issues with the back except for prob buying some wheel spacers.  Will I have to worry about the front tire rubbing with the dually hubs on the 60?   Any help would be appreciated.
