250 l6 lump port kit
« on: December 01, 2014, 11:27:39 pm »
Has anyone found any benefits to machining the head and installing a lump port kit. I have a new 230 head to replace the 250 head with intergral intake. Planning on a clifford intake that will use 2-2barrel carbs. Open to any ideas on this, experiences with this. C-10 1975

Add a little more power, daily driver for my daughter, I have a turbo 350 auto trans that has been a good match. Just been siting for 10 years so the oil leaks have gotten bad. Just want to remove as many quirks that It currently has to make it easier to start and drive.

Are you sure you want to muti-carb it for your daughter.  I think a 4bbl would be better performance wise.
