15X8 Steel 6 Lug Wheels for dog dish hub caps

I recently picked up 4 15X8" steel 6 lug wheels for my 78' K10 and found out after the fact that one of them has a lateral bend.  I have yet to find a repair shop in Cincinnati that will fix it.  Does anyone know anywhere in Ohio, KY, Indiana that will fix a lateral bend?  Or does anyone have a stock 15X8" steel wheel for sale?  They are not rally wheels and from what I found only came on CUCV K5 blazers.

These are the M1009 CUCV rims. They don't have the square slots that the rally wheels have.

I have the rally style on my truck, but my spare is that style in white.  I see alot of them on craigslist where I'm at out here in Nevada, I think they came on more than just the CUCVs. You might find a replacement in a scrap yard

Hillbillywizard does have 3 of the wheels! I'm going to try and search locally for awhile because he is asking $100 ea plus shipping.  I paid about $40 each for the ones I have.  If i can't come up with anything around Cincinnati I will be ordering from him.  Thanks for the info!

Dexter trailer axle company makes a 6 lug one for their trailers that is  supposedly a direct copy
