Hello all ! I need experience/help/advice on replacing the turn signal cam on the turn signal switch , ( not the cancel cam ) on 1981 C1500 . I bought the replacement cam several years ago and have parked the truck since then . The part that I want to replace is the top part if the T/S switch , the piece that the T/S lever/arm is attached to . When it is to be separated from the bottom piece there will be 4? springs and I am guessing some contacts of some sort . Does anyone know how I should go about releasing the clips/springs holding this together ? Has anyone ever successfully done this and if so how do you do it ? I am sure that I can get it apart but getting it back together looks kind of tricky . I have tried using the forum search box for advice but cannot get any results . Thanks !
