Are you running a return or returnless system on the LS motor? 2000 is return system. The canister stuff is useless.

How are you planning to get fuel to the carb? If you are using an electric pump (which you have to) you will need a way to return the excess from the regulator.

I generally run a return as it doesn't deadhead. It keeps circulating the fuel keeping it cooler and should make it last longer.
