Cab floor rust

Do any body know what peices are needed to repair this ?when I bought this truck it only had surface rust but over the 5-6 years sitting it went Down  i guess .i cleaned surface rust off and primed it but I guess i only slowed it down .even with surface rust it was still solid until I pulled carpet back summer of last year and found this .i was very upset

Depends on how deep it goes.  You are going to have to remove all the rusted area to figure out which parts you need.  That could be just the floor pan and backing or just an extended floor pan.  But if the kick is eat up and the floor support it could need more.
