78 K 30 bumped horn button now no power anywhere!
« on: December 28, 2014, 05:40:13 pm »
Help! I have a 1978 k 30 I just bought. Everything worked fine and we pulled it into the shop to check fluids.  Accidently bumped the horn, heard a pop like a fuse blew and now there is no power at the key or headlights or anything.  Replaced the fusible link coming off of the starter and also the one on the junction block on the fire wall.  All the fuses in the fuse block seem to be fine. We're sitting here scratching our heads trying to figure out where to go next. Help!

Did you figure this out?  Have you traced the horn wiring?

Just got done messing with my no light issue there are actually three fusible links off the starter just FYI...my lights work now but I haven't sorted out the horn issue yet either.
