Uneven (Sagging) doors

The doors on my 85 Silverado are uneven on one side.  The lines are good at the quarter panel to the front of the door, but are low where it meets at the bed.

Do I need to take the door off and replace all the brackets, bushings, etc.? 

All suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Just 411 -  My granddad bought this truck new and it has 93,000 miles on the body.  It sat around in his garage the last few years of his life, and when my dad got it from inheritance we had a lot of engine problems.  We had the engine replace with a 350 small block.  It has about 20,000 miles on this engine.  It's a work in progress and I'm learning as I go.  So, advice written so a rookie can understand is even more appreciated.

It could be the bushings in the hinges or a misalignment at the hinges.

Can you feel any play in the door hinges if you open the door and lift up on it?

Thanks for the response.  And, to answer your question, yes, there is movement if I pick up on it.  The striker bolt is worn flat on the top where it has been hitting on close for so long.  I can pick up on it and shut it, and it doesn't hit the striker bolt near as bad when I pick up.

I'd look at replacing the hinge bushings and pin and see if that cures your alignment issues.

I just replaced the hinge pins and bushings on my 1980 hoping to address the same problem.

It turns out that the bottom of the door, on both sides of the truck, was dented in at the bottom edge of the bottom hinge, so no matter how I tried to adjust it, I couldn't get it straight.

To fix it until I replace the doors I put a shim between the hinge and the door and it's fixed the problem.
