1.5 in Front add a leaf

1985 k-10,The rear sits up higher than the front so went to summit and purchased skyjacker F 1100 front helper spring,well the factory springs are three inches wide,F 1100 is 2.5 has anyone ever ran into this?

Can't find my pictures right now think I put them on my PC but remeasure the spring as close to the axle as posable my 1 ton is close to 2.5

these are of my 1 ton front springs. they are considered 2.5" but i was wrong about being close to the axle thats were its close to 3"

Thanks I will go check mine but it looks like I'll be buying a 2 inch lift wished I I could find the right helper front spring.Summit could not look up a 3 inch wide spring.The one we bought would not work.

Yes I tried them the kit had a spring guide on each end and would not go around factory spring.Re arched ?

I use a rear spring in the front when I add a leaf.
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs
