Hello, I have an 82 c10 chevy and I cannot fiqure why my front driver side bumper signal light will not flash. I have a light, but, no flashing. I have replaced fuses, changed bulb housing, and now I am taking out my bezel because the light in the bezel is not flashing. I hear a click, but not flash. All the other signal lights on the truck are flashing..................Help!!!!

As Capt said is the rear flashing? Most likely it is the rear bulb that is out. If it too is staying on then you could have a bad flasher unit. Looks like this in the fusebox:

Could It be my Dash Circuit Board has a Bad contact? I removed the circuit board and notice the lead that goes to this signal light is not staying connected to the rest of the board. It's the only one that way. I can actually lift it up with my finger. When I press it down, it does not stay attached like the other leads......

Is there a bulb in it? They are held in by the bulbs, if you slightly bend the tabs on the bulbs it helps with the contact.
IF I am understanding you right.

Actually I'm speaking of the area where you would plug the main plug into the circuit board and dashboard Bezel.(Main Power Source)The area where All Leads on the circuit board start. When I unplugged the power outlet I noticed this one particular lead does not remain attached to the circuit board plastic like the others. I'm not sure what is actually holding those leads to the plastic circuit boards when they are new anyway. While doing some trouble shooting, I also took the bulb assembly for the right signal light and placed it in the left bulb signal assembly (since I knew that the right bulb assembly was operational) and it failed to blink. SO I thought maybe my Lead on my circuit board that is not staying attached, could possibly be the problem................. (Sorry for all the questions. I'm Very New at this, but, Love the Heck out of my 82 C10.)

If you are talking about the connector at the back of the cluster and the printed circuit on it, it is held in with tension with the plug. The other areas are held in with metal tabs along with the lamps.

Man, I wish I could explain better. I apologize. I will try again.( I know the area you are speaking of. that is the area where the bulb holder fits into the instrument cluster. You twist it and it locks into place with tension to make contact.) I'm actually speaking of the Other End of that connection. If I following that same connection to the other end where we plug the vehicle electrical power into the circuit board, the metal tab in circuit board for that particular connection does not stay connected to the Printed Circuit like the others. I'm beginning to think I need to purchase another Printed Circuit? Unless there is a less expensive option. Looks like charges $80 for a new one. Ouch!!

you can solder the connection back in place. but yes its supposed to stay connected to the printed circuit board not necessary the plastic but circuit itself. i rigged mine up by running a 14 gauge wire or so from the prong at the pigtail to the twist connection at the bulb. this is only a temporary fix for inspection but i havnt fixed it yet

So your front bumper light blinks and the rear light blinks
the indicator on the dash is the one that doesn't work ?
If I'm understanding this correctly
It is my opinion that the dash light not connected will not affect the outside lights
But the outside lights not working will affect everything
The flasher operates on electrical resistance
If a outside bulb is burned out or removed the other bulb on the same side will come on but not blink
