1982 c30 l ton flatbed

I just recently bought a c30 and i have a violent shake to my passenger front tire when i hit 30 to 40 and it will not stop till the truck come to a complete stop. I jacked up the front end and saw my idler arm was loose so i fixed it and now it is getting worse. This is not a 4x4.

Check the bearings and ball joints

Also swap the wheel tire with one from the back
