Missing Power @ Fuse Box

So looking for some ideas on how the power to the area circled in red is sent. Key off, key in run or truck running no power exists to this area.

One is ACC power Key in run. The other is fused power, like the one opposite side where the red wire is..
Are you saying you don't have power there?

Circle in red has no power no matter what I do. I haven't checked the one with the arrow near the LTS though.

The spot circled in red gets power from the RADIO TCS fuse which from the picture I posted you can really see. But with the close up you can see the fuse is popped. So I'm going to replace that fuse.
