Headlight problem
« on: February 23, 2015, 08:51:29 am »
First post here guys what an awesome forum!

My problem is my headlights, everything works normal when low beams are on.  The problem is when I switch to the high beams the top lights actuate to high beam like they are supposed to and the drivers side lower light comes on, but the drivers turn signal lights up, shows right side turn signal constant on in the cab, and the passenger lower high beam does not come on.  It worked correct for the first time ever 2 days ago, but only worked for that night.

Ive checked all connections and all seem fine, Im guessing Ive got a bad ground somewhere, but no sure.  Any of you have any insight on this?  Thanks, Buck

You should have a ground wire from the passenger side head of the engine to the firewall, to ground the cab.  Also, there should be a ground wire from the battery to the radiator support, and a ground on the headlight wiring on either side.
