I can't run my wipers without the stupid washer fluid squirting out, is this an electrical problem/short or do I maybe need a new switch all together?

You've got a short in the switch...get a new one...easiest fix..

Not necessarily my pump sticks. Have to take plastic cover off and spin switch to make it stop pumping fluid.

Someone makes an electric replacement pump that bolts on in place of the old broken mechanical one
