Bad pictures, but here's my 73 I just picked up. Two long beds together, although one wears a blue oval  :P

77 bonanza!! The old 8 footer.  ( i know, i need to paint the bumpers white) the mirrors are now white though.

I bought the truck with its paint job. From what I can tell just from looking it looks like the tailgate was removed, laid out and hand painted. I wish I could give you a better answer brother. Let me get in touch with the guy I bought it from and see what he says and I'll post back.

What kind of drop you go with on your truck? Or is it at stock height hard to tell.
