1979 GMC Sierra 3500 - 1 Ton Dually
« on: April 22, 2015, 09:17:40 am »
Hello, I have a 1979 GMC Sierra 3500 and I am looking for the original fuel tank selector switch. Amazon is sold out and I have called several GMC part stores and I've been told that it is no longer available so here I am hoping someone might have access to ACDelco 467513 GM Original Equipment Fuel Tank Selector Switch.

Hello, thanks for the welcome.  Yes, I have checked on ebay however, all I was able to find is the latest one which requires the 6 pin wiring harness and I want the one wire selector valve.

Welcome from Northern Illinois. I found a few places that may have it. These are obsolete parts houses or Companies that deal in NOS parts, so they may be a little on the high side. Chicago Auto 815-614-3122, Dan's Obsolete 406-357-2615, Craig Motors 800-224-8111. Hope that helps.

Try some of the parts restoration companies.
