Headlight issues

My headlights only work when i push in on the black piece that goes into the headlight socket. Should i clean the socket, replace the bulb or replace the connector

Headlights, instrument, and blinkers out, running lights good, fuses seem good. What could it be ?

Fusible link off of junction  near center of firewall in engine compartment.
