I lost power steering 75 k20 installed new pump still dont work !

Im going to try new lines tomorrow. Then the steering box if that dosent work 17 bucks for the pressure line and i have a steering box we will se what happens

Is the pump whining or squealing?
Belt tight?
Flushed and refilled with new fluid?
Bleed all air from the system?
