Where to buy th350 governor locally?

I can find them on ebay, but can't seem to find them on any auto parts websites such as napa, autozone, oreillys. I just want to go get one locally and put it in.

Year/model of vehicle?

Is the governor missing?  Try a local Transtar dealer or transmission repair shop.

It's difficult to know just how much you don't know until you know it.
In other words... if people learn by making mistakes, by now I should know just about everything!!!
