Wheel Hop
« on: July 08, 2015, 08:52:24 pm »
I'm very new here but figured I'd ask, has anyone experienced bad wheel hop on a drag truck with stock suspension? If so, what are the best fixes?  I'm thinking back half...thanks

Calvert Racing Caltrac bars can take care of the wheel hop and get you better planted if you want to stay with your leaf springs.

Welcome to the site! I made my own "Cal-trac" type bars...they work rather well. Calvert makes them for both a stock (under the spring) & flipped axle. They are available through Chris at the store here. Lorne

Take a look at the emblem in the center of the grille.  ;D
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

It's gone a best of 11.85 @ 113 mph with 60' times in the mid to higher 1.50's. Most times it runs between 12.10 & 12.25
