How to get my dashboard working

Hi, I wanted to see if anyone could help me get my 1973 Chevy C10 custom. I have no dash at all. Nothing works. If anyone could help that would be great. Really would like to know what's the gas level and what lights work. I don't know how to check the old school bulb fuses so I'm not sure what to do. Thanks

If nothing works, check to make sure that the plug on the back of cluster is plugged in. In this photo, it's the slot to the right of the speedometer gear I'm pointing to.

Where would I find that at? I have no clue where things are. When I have the head lights on I have lights for the dashboard. Still nothing works

  The connector is on the backside (firewall) side of the cluster. Once the cluster is unbolted, gently wiggle it free from the metal dash and reach behind it to unplug the speedometer cable & electrical plug.
  If you type "cluster removal" in the search box on this site it goes into a little more detail on how to remove it.
  Just go slow & be gentle with it, remember that's it's 42 year plastic that your working with.

once you get the dash pulled out (the speed o cable will limit how far you can pull it out)  look real closely at all of the copper lines that you see. If any are broken , burnt they will need to be repaired
The old style glass  fuses that you can see through will have the wire in the fuse burnt if they are bad
