Im not sure but I think I have to put the # 1 piston on tdc then place the distributor back in?

Yes you got this... but make sure it is on the power stroke.  It is easy enough to be 180 out

Alright. So are all of my stock bolts gonna work with the Holley intake? And is it OK to use the same thermostat?
