Wheel Archs

Some of the black paint has come off of my wheel arch's and I would like to repaint them. Is there a paint that will stick or will this have to be sanded or etched first?

Any black paint made for metal should stick no problem. There is also black pin stripe tape that you can get in the same width and just put that down over the top.
