« on: September 17, 2015, 10:47:21 pm »
Hi I have just bought a 74 C-10 factory 454. I am waiting for its delivery should be Monday. So I will just sit back and read some post and try to learn from you guys. Not my first car I have bought and played with but is my first Chevy truck.

Welcome from an immigrant Aussie's son in central California. That thing sure does look great. Doesn't really look like it needs anything, does it?

Not much extractors or as you call them Headers and a decent exhaust flexi pipe must go. Duel tanks yes but need to fix once I get it told it doesn't work. Has a cheap tape player in dash and no Air. Just finishing off another vehicle paint job was finished Friday need to assemble and finish motor its a 292 with MSD Atomic efi and will go on dyno should be around 350hp. Its going in a South African Chevrolet Kommando Wagon based on the Australian Holden HG . Can post engine in another post if interested.
