Hello from Canada
« on: September 21, 2015, 04:36:02 pm »
Hey everyone! I am from Manitoba Canada, I am 16 years old and I just got my first truck! It is a singe cab long box 1984 C20 Scottsdale that was given to me by my grandfather. It needs a little bit of work to get it running and safetied so I might start a build thread to show everyone! I plan in the future to swap a 350 in place of the 305 and just make it a good daily driver.

Welcome from Alberta! Nothing wrong with the 305 for a daily driver.  Nothing wrong with a little more power neither  8)

welcome from maryland. ill add this, keep the 305 for now. maybe a year or two build a 350, then put that in. this way you get used to driving the truck and if you just put another 350 in it you probably wont be satisfied with the power. so if you build one or drop a 383 in it, it will make you smile
