« on: March 06, 2005, 07:34:00 pm »
i have a 85 chev pickup. my pwr windows drive me crazy. i,ve been told i can install early 80,s pwr regulaters and motors and they are a bolt in. i,ve been told they are much stronger and work far better without the problems of the later small motor versions. is this true and are they a bolt in ? thanx alot    craig

Craig,
I guess it just depends, the older one are stronger but the will be old.  www.haneline.com/ has door kits for our trucks.  I am wanting to add them to the online store.  They use electric life pieces.
