Need help finding this paint!
« on: November 30, 2015, 11:25:24 pm »
Hey all, I've searched and searched but cannot find this paint online or anywhere! Glove box says 64L Desert Sand Metal, but everything I've read says that's a '72 paint code and this is a '85. I'm planning on repainting it soon all the stock color, it's also two tone which was not factory either so I'm stumped.

Thanks for any help.

*edit won't let me post pictures from my iPhone.

I'm guessing its the darker color you want, as the lighter tan is Mahogany Custard, though I don't recall the code.

When I look up 1985 GMC on www.autocolorlibrary.com I get 64 being Light Saddle Poly.  Just above it is 61 that is Tan.

Is it possible that someone painted the Tan color in the center after?
